Maintained a 4lb loss this weekend. Considering what I ate, I am happy.
Saturday:
3 eggwhites with Cajun Seasoning & Kethcup
Banana
Dinner - Chicken Parm & Ziti w/ whole wheat pasta (not that it helped!)
Baked sweet potatoes
Wine
Sunday:
Houlihans for lunch
1/2 Chicken ranch type wrap, all fat sauce on the side, didn't eat
House salad, local dressing (only at about 1/3rd of it) no croutons, cheese, or bread
Dinner - Ria Mar for dinner
Garlic Chicken
Potatoes (like the homemade fried chips kind)
Rice
Veggies
Ugh. it was horrible for one, two....it was bad.
At one point I was down to 164 this weekend, this morning I was 165.
Diet Days 6 & 7 - Total Loss 4lbs
