Day 1 of my Diet.

To give a background about 2 years ago, I was 203ish lbs. I got down to 148. Then bounced slowly up to 160-165ish and have been that way ever since. Maintaining that weight. I did it without exercising. I am now hopping on the scale every now and then and noticed 167 a few times, and haven't seen 160 is a while. So, I decided to diet again, and when I get down to 145-150, start exercising and maintain 150ish.

I binged ate yesterday. I won't list. It will make you sick and involved brownie ice cream and Jack Daniels steak.

Everyone asked how I lost 50lbs in two months AND the most important part...KEPT IT OFF. (It's easy to lose the weight) So, I've decided to kind of track it here.

I will weigh in with my official weight when I get home and what I ate for the day.

Now, I don't look like this anymore, stomach is a little bigger which is the reason for the diet...I'll take a picture later today and post so you can see a better before.

However this is how I look now. Picture taken last weekend.



My goal is to have a 6 pack by New Years.

Right now I am:
167lbs
5'8"-5'9"
32" pant size waist

I bet I can get down to that wait by new years also. I am your same height....but I am 205...but really look 185-90...I think. haha

What are the stakes. Take a picture of your fat ass on a scale and put up the stakes! Me with a 6 pack AND under 150 and you at 150?
