Diet Day 4 - Still total loss 3lbs...however...

I estimate loosing many-a-lbs to the porcelain god in a short moment.

Thursday's meals

Breakfast:
2 eggwhites ketchup...brought banana, wasn't hungry
Coffee

Lunch:
JalapeƱo Cheddar Chicken Burger, no bun (cheddar was mixed in with the burger unfortunately)
Small cup of fruit (I'm on a pineapple kick)
Pickles

Dinner (went out):
grilled chicken with fresh moz. and roasted peppers - BAD
Water

Still at 166.
