Yesterday, I got back into my usual wake-work-home-laurielovin routine.
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggwhites with ketchup at 7:30ish
light and fit yogurt at 10ish
Lunch:
Roasted turkey lunchmeat
(I ordered a sandwich on whole wheat, but threw out the bread as soon as I got back to my office)
big leaf of lettuce
a few pickles
small cup of fruit
dinner:
left over turkey burger
string beans
applesauce
all water to drink all day.
woke up this morning to 166lbs.
Starting to get that "eating right" good feeling. I slept GREAT last night and felt great when I woke up. Not sure if I should wait until I get down to 150 to start really working out or what...
Diet Day 3 - Total Loss 3lbs.
