Being away from home and traveling for work made day 1 a little challenging, and without a scale I have no clue on progress yet.
Breakfast:
Egg whites - Approx 1.5
Few small pieces of melon
Half a Lowfat yogurt
Coffee
Lunch:
Skipped due to being in the middle of bumblefuck, ny
I managed to score some Snackwells cookies (waste of 200 calories) and a diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner:
Ruby Effing Tuesdays
Salad bar where I filled half a plate of salad with cucumbers and chickpeas....low fat dressing. Only ate half of that. Then a "mini" turkey burger.
Few glasses of wine.
I didn't drink much water throughout the day yesterday.
I will be home today and I'll take some pictures and record my weight.
