Apple Picking/Pie

I'm procrastinating getting all my pictures/blog posts up about my honeymoon in Italy, but I promise I will. In the meantime...Yesterday, Laurie and I decided to go apple picking.

Jonathans it was...(and some Crispens for later...)

I still suck at baking/crusts, etc. but the crust was the best crust i've ever made....very very very flaky.
