I'll try it tomorrow and confirm it doesn't stink. I used some Barcardi I had in the liquor cabinet that no one is going to drink. First time around, it should be ok to experiment with. I didn't use ginger as I followed DeGroffs recipe that is floating around. Mistake? We'll see.
